Job Description:

• Report to the Asset Production Lead or D&C Supervisor while optimizing well performance, defining workover/completion requirements, and ensuring high-quality well clean-up and handover.
• Select suitable candidates for workovers and design programs covering tubing, artificial lift, sand control, and water shut-off.
• Perform Inflow Performance Relationship (IPR) and Turbulence Performance Relationship (TPR) modeling, conduct nodal analysis, and forecast expected rates and pressures; establish acceptance criteria for well handover.
• Develop well clean-up and flowback programs, coordinating well testing, choke management, and fluid sampling.
• Conduct post-job surveillance, comparing actual performance with forecasts, updating the WRFM (Well, Reservoir, and Facility Management) plan, and implementing deferment recovery measures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in production technology.
• Proficiency with common production technology software and modeling tools.
• Hands-on experience with field clean-up operations and well testing.
