Job Description:

• We are a growing sachet water (pure water) manufacturing company seeking a competent and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations and ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all production activities within the factory.
• Ensure adherence to NAFDAC and hygiene standards at all times.
• Monitor machine operations (sachet water production lines) and ensure minimal downtime.
• Manage production staff, assign duties, and enforce discipline.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Ensure proper use of raw materials to minimize waste.
• Conduct routine checks on water treatment and packaging processes.
• Identify and resolve production issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND / B.Sc. Degree in Food science, Biological science or related field.
• Proven experience in a factory settings (very important).
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets..
• Basic technical knowledge of production machines
