Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Product Quality Controller to anchor the integrity engine of our operations in Victoria Island. In a specialized industrial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the durability of the material and the precision of the specification success is defined by "Quality Sovereignty",the ability to harmonize the product lifecycle with the clinical precision required for Dimensional Testing, Functional Verification, and CAPA Management. This role is designed for a "Technical Architect" with a Bachelor's Degree/HND and 3–5 years of experience who can blend "Analytical Grit" (performing Root Cause Analysis) with the "Strategic Agility" required to navigate ISO 9001 standards and internal Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Control Governance

• Inspection Sovereignty: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials and finished goods with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Material Integrity."

• Process Architecture: Verify that production processes comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality control plans, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a defect-free output.

• Integrity Stewardship: Maintain accurate quality records and logs in line with ISO standards, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Compliance" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Diagnostic Logic

• Resolution Sovereignty: Identify non-conforming products and initiate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), acting as the primary "Source of Risk Mitigation."

• Testing Architecture: Perform physical and functional testing using appropriate tools, providing the "Functional Foundation" for product reliability.

• Diagnostic Stewardship: Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for quality failures, maintaining the "Source of Continuous Improvement."

3. Operational Integrity & Compliance Power

• Standards Sovereignty: Ensure strict adherence to SON, NAFDAC, and client-specific standards, acting as the primary "Source of Regulatory Fidelity."

• Audit Architecture: Support external audits with precise documentation and process walk-throughs, providing the "Relational Foundation" for industrial trust.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 3–5 years of QC experience (Engineering or O&G preferred) to analyze quality trends and recommend management actions, maximizing the "Source of Operational Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical) or Sciences.

• Experience: 3 – 5 years in quality control/assurance (Manufacturing, O&G, or Facilities Management).

• Certifications (Preferred): ISO 9001:2015 Lead/Internal Auditor or Certified Quality Inspector (CQI).

• Technical Power: Proficiency in conducting physical, dimensional, and functional testing using specialized instruments.
