Job Description:

• As a Product Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and successful delivery of financial products tailored to our customers’ needs.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, marketing, and sales to build market-leading, user-centric solutions.

Requirements:

• Define and manage product strategy and roadmap
• Drive end-to-end product development lifecycle
• Conduct market research and gather customer insights
• Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal risk policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, ideally within FinTech or financial services
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
