Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically minded Product Manager to anchor our digital portfolio in Lagos. In the rapidly evolving West African tech landscape, success is defined by "Market Agility", the ability to harmonize ambitious product visions with granular user data and technical constraints. This role is designed for a "Product Architect" with 3–5 years of experience who can blend "Agile Methodologies" with the "Stakeholder Diplomacy" required to align Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams toward a unified goal.

Your mission is to ensure "Absolute Product-Market Fit and Scalable Commercial Success." You will be the primary engine of the product lifecycle: responsible for defining roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and ensuring every release meets the highest regulatory and security standards. If you possess a "Strong Analytical Mindset," a background in the Innovation Ecosystem, and the "Strategic Grit" to balance long-term vision with operational detail, we want you to drive our digital sovereignty.

Requirements:

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap Architecture

  • Vision Engineering: Define and maintain a high-fidelity product vision and roadmap that synchronizes with the company’s long-term commercial objectives.

  • Competitive Intelligence: Conduct rigorous market research and competitor audits to identify whitespace opportunities and optimize product positioning.

  • Prioritization Governance: Utilize data-driven frameworks to gather and prioritize requirements from users and stakeholders, ensuring the highest-value features move to the top of the backlog.

2. Lifecycle Orchestration & Agile Delivery

  • End-to-End Management: Drive the product lifecycle from ideation and prototyping through to launch, post-launch iteration, and eventual sun-setting.

  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate synchronously with Technology, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure high-quality delivery within established sprint cycles.

  • Agile Mastery: Implement Agile best practices and utilize modern product management tools to maintain transparency and velocity across the development team.

3. Performance Governance & Compliance

  • Metric Sovereignty: Track and analyze critical KPIs and success metrics (e.g., MAU, Churn Rate, LTV) to ensure products meet their strategic and commercial targets.

  • Standards Compliance: Guarantee that all digital products adhere to national and international regulatory, security, and quality standards.

  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential product bottlenecks or market shifts early, developing contingency plans to maintain service continuity.

4. User Experience & Feedback Loops

  • Behavioral Analysis: Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify friction points and opportunities for performance enhancement.

  • Iterative Design: Integrate user testing results and market trends into the product roadmap to ensure the user experience remains "Best-in-Class."

  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Collaborate on segmentation and launch strategies to ensure maximum market penetration and user activation.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3–5 years of robust experience in product management within a digital environment.

  • Context: Proven experience working within the innovation ecosystem or digital services industry is an added advantage.

  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Agile methodologies, roadmap planning tools, and product requirement documentation (PRDs).

Core Competencies

  • Analytical Grit: Strong problem-solving skills with a "Meticulous Mindset" for data interpretation.

  • Stakeholder Diplomacy: Exceptional communication and leadership skills to manage diverse internal and external teams.

  • Innovative Mindset: The ability to balance strategic vision with the granular operational details of a digital build.
