It offers Personal and Business current accounts, Mutual Fund investments, and Business Registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). Mintyn Marketplace offers customers in-app access to a selection of groceries and Fast-moving goods at great prices. It is Headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Own and drive the product roadmap in alignment with company goals.
• Conduct user research and data analysis to inform product decisions.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features on time.
• Monitor product performance and continuously optimize based on feedback and metrics.
• Communicate product vision, updates, and milestones to stakeholders.
• Champion user experience and ensure the customer remains at the center of everything.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of product management experience in tech or fintech companies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven success managing complex products or platforms.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
• Familiarity with digital banking, payments, or financial products or blockchain is a major plus.
• High Flexibility is key
• Background in UI/UX, engineering
