Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Product Manager to lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of our product initiatives.
• You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Business teams to deliver products that meet customer needs, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify user needs and product opportunities.
• Write and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
• Use data and analytics to drive product decisions and measure product performance.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Translate requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Own backlog management and prioritize features based on value, impact, and feasibility.
• Ensure that product solutions deliver value to users and meet business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 3 - 6 years of experience in product management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Proven ability to define and ship successful products.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in FinTech, SaaS, or digital products.
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and user-centered design.
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
