Job Description:

Are you a driven, execution-oriented professional with a passion for building user-centric financial technology at scale? We are looking for a highly capable Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between strategic vision and daily operational excellence, working hand-in-hand with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Compliance to shape the future of digital assets and payments across Africa.

Requirements:

• End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead initiatives from initial ideation and research through to execution, launch, and post-launch performance monitoring.

• Strategic Roadmapping: Translate complex business goals and customer insights into clear, actionable product roadmaps, user stories, and feature priorities.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate delivery across Engineering, Design, and Operations, ensuring that all product releases align with our regulatory, compliance, and growth objectives.

• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze user behavior, performance metrics, and market trends to continuously refine the customer experience and identify new product opportunities.

• Operational Scalability: Collaborate with Operations teams to build processes that ensure our products remain scalable, secure, and robust as we grow.

• Stakeholder Communication: Keep leadership and cross-functional teams informed with clear updates on project timelines, technical risks, and strategic priorities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 3–6 years in Product Management, Product Operations, or Business Analysis.

• Technical Background: A solid foundation in software engineering is required, along with proven experience managing products throughout their entire lifecycle.

• Industry Expertise: Strong preference for candidates with a track record in fintech, cryptocurrency, digital payments, or high-growth tech environments.

• Methodology: Deep understanding of Agile delivery processes and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Analytical Ability: Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to product development.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between highly technical engineering teams and business stakeholders.
