We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the glaze line operations to ensure smooth production, quality assurance, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• - Supervise day-to-day operations of the glaze line.
• - Monitor and control process parameters to maintain product quality.
• - Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• - Ensure safety, maintenance, and compliance with operational standards.
• - Provide technical support and guidance to the glaze line team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related).
• Minimum of 5 - 7 years’ experience in Ceramics, manufacturing, or Process engineering.
• Strong knowledge of glaze application processes and production machinery.
