Job Description:

• Are you a highly organized and proactive professional with experience in healthcare or clinic operations? Beaconhill Smile Clinic is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee its day-to-day activities, drive operational efficiency, and ensure exceptional patient experiences.

Requirements:

• Oversee the smooth running of clinic operations and patient scheduling.
• Manage billing processes, insurance claims, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and clinic supply management.
• Ensure the clinic remains compliant with all health, safety, and dental care regulations.
• Handle patient inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and care.
• Support marketing initiatives to grow and promote the clinic’s services.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-7 years experience.
