Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate the installation of electrical power systems, including solar PV systems, inverters, energy storage solutions, and supporting infrastructure.

• Ensure all electrical installations comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.

• Oversee installation works involving both high-voltage (strong current) and low-voltage (weak current) electrical systems.

• Manage and direct on-site installation teams, subcontractors, and technical staff to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.

• Conduct site inspections, provide technical guidance, and resolve on-site challenges to ensure smooth project execution.

• Review and verify technical drawings, electrical schematics, installation plans, and project documents for accuracy and completeness.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to meet all technical and operational requirements.

• Prepare detailed installation progress reports and ensure accurate completion of all project documentation.

• Enforce safety protocols consistently and promote a strong culture of safety across all project sites.

Requirements:

• Strong technical knowledge of both high-voltage (strong current) and low-voltage (weak current) electrical installations.

• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., NABCEP, COREN, or equivalent) are a strong advantage.

• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory abilities, with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and perform effectively under pressure.

• High attention to detail combined with strong organizational and project management skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging clients, team members, and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and applying technical schematics, electrical diagrams, and project documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• HND/B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

• 4–5 years of proven experience in electrical power system installation, ideally within the renewable energy sector.
