In the advanced manufacturing landscape, success is defined by "Polymer Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize material science with the clinical precision required for Blow Molding optimization, machinery troubleshooting (extruders, accumulators), and tooling development. This role is designed for a "Process Architect" with a Bachelor’s degree in Plastics Engineering or Materials Science and 3–5+ years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (evaluating PET/HDPE properties) with the "Design Agility" required to master SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

Requirements:

1. Material Orchestration & Design Governance

  • Component Sovereignty: Support the design and development of plastic products with millimetric focus, ensuring every component acts as a "Source of Quality Excellence."

  • Material Architecture: Evaluate and select PET/HDPE materials based on their chemical properties, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for high-performance product applications.

  • Design Stewardship: Utilize CAD software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) to draft product designs and tooling specifications, maintaining the "Source of Technical Accuracy."

2. Operational Resilience & Processing Logic

  • Process Sovereignty: Optimize blow molding and extrusion processes with clinical focus, acting as the primary "Source of Production Efficiency."

  • Machinery Architecture: Troubleshoot extruders and accumulators to eliminate downtime, ensuring "Zero-Friction" in the manufacturing lifecycle.

  • Characterization Stewardship: Apply materials characterization techniques to analyze data and improve product innovation, maintaining the "Source of Continuous Improvement."

3. Knowledge Integrity & Collaborative Power

  • Documentation Sovereignty: Document methodologies and results with clinical precision, acting as the "Source of Knowledge Sharing" within the engineering team.

  • Collaboration Architecture: Partner with senior engineers to conduct high-fidelity experiments, providing the "Operational Foundation" for new product breakthroughs.

  • Communication Logic: Articulate technical concepts clearly in project meetings, utilizing 3–5+ years of field experience to optimize the "Source of Strategic Updates."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Plastics Engineering, Materials Science, or a related engineering field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5+ years of robust experience in plastics processing and blow molding engineering.

  • Technical Mastery: In-depth knowledge of PET/HDPE, polymer chemistry, and manufacturing processes (Injection, Extrusion, Thermoforming).

Core Competencies

  • Analytical Grit: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on materials characterization and data analysis.

  • Design Sovereignty: Proficiency in SolidWorks or AutoCAD for product and tool design.

  • Operational Power: Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
