Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and professionally elite Personal / Executive Assistant to anchor the operational engine of our CEO’s office. In the specialized landscape of Lekki’s executive tier, success is defined by "Strategic Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex professional schedules with the clinical precision required for Board-Level Briefing, Communication Management, and Private Administrative Governance. This role is designed for a "Continuity Architect" with 3–5 years of experience who can blend "Logistical Grit" (managing intricate calendars and meeting logistics) with the "Strategic Agility" required to track key business decisions and investor engagements.
Requirements:
1. Calendar Orchestration & Strategic Governance
Time Sovereignty: Manage the CEO’s complex schedule with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Optimal Resource Allocation."
Conflict Architecture: Proactively anticipate and resolve scheduling overlaps, providing the "Structural Foundation" for focused leadership.
Priority Stewardship: Align daily meetings with the CEO’s strategic objectives, ensuring the "Source of Executive Impact" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Communication Logic
Correspondence Sovereignty: Draft high-level reports, presentations, and communications, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Voice."
Briefing Architecture: Prepare detailed notes and materials ahead of investor and board engagements, providing the "Information Foundation" for executive readiness.
Stakeholder Stewardship: Manage seamless communication between the CEO and internal/external partners, maintaining the "Source of Relational Integrity."
3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power
Execution Sovereignty: Track key business decisions and ensure timely follow-ups, acting as the primary "Source of Decision Continuity."
Status Architecture: Prepare real-time status updates and reports on ongoing projects, providing the "Visual Foundation" for CEO oversight.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 3–5 years of elite-level experience to manage personal and professional priorities simultaneously, maximizing the "Source of Executive Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience supporting senior-level executives (CEO, COO, or Board Directors).
Skills: Strong Business Acumen, elite written and verbal communication, and project tracking.
Attributes: High level of Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to thrive under high pressure.
Location: Based in or able to commute easily to Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
