Job Description:
Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefs for decision-making.
Support executives with personal tasks and errands where necessary.
Coordinate office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders on behalf of executives.
Requirements:
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain confidentiality.
Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
