Requirements:
1. Executive Operations & Logistics
Calendar Mastery: Manage the executive’s schedule with precision, anticipating conflicts and ensuring seamless transitions between meetings and commitments.
Travel Architecture: Handle end-to-end travel logistics for frequent trips to Lagos, Ibadan, Enugu, and beyond—managing flights, accommodations, and local transit.
Correspondence: Draft high-quality letters, emails, and internal documents that reflect the executive’s voice and professional standards.
2. Strategic Support & Digital Presence
Stakeholder Synergy: Act as a professional liaison between the executive and various teams or external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-through.
Content Creation: Support the executive’s digital footprint by assisting with social media strategy, content creation, and platform engagement.
Ad-Hoc Problem Solving: Tackle diverse tasks as they arise, from market research to event coordination, with a "no task too small" attitude.
3. Professionalism & Discretion
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and loyalty.
Fast-Paced Delivery: Maintain calm and efficiency in a high-pressure environment where priorities shift rapidly.
Qualifications and Skills:
The Ideal Profile
Mindset: Highly ambitious, resourceful, and proactive. You don’t wait for instructions; you find solutions.
Communication: Exceptional writing and verbal skills. You can draft an formal invitation as easily as an engaging Instagram caption.
Tech Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X).
Adaptability: Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Nigeria on short notice.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative, assistant, or coordinator role is a plus.
A university degree (B.Sc/HND) in any discipline.
Ability to demonstrate high emotional intelligence and professional etiquette.
Salary
