Job Description:

Are you a data-driven strategist ready to shape organizational excellence? We are seeking a results-oriented Performance Management Officer to lead the development and implementation of robust performance frameworks. In this role, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring all departments, projects, and business units remain aligned with our core organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Framework Development: Build, maintain, and refine end-to-end performance management systems and processes.

• Strategic Oversight: Monitor performance against critical KPIs, translating data into actionable insights for leadership.

• Operational Excellence: Identify bottlenecks, mitigate performance risks, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

• Data Intelligence: Design and manage advanced scorecards, dashboards, and predictive reports to fuel informed decision-making.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with department heads to foster a culture of accountability and high-performance execution.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Statistics, HR, Project Management, or a related field.

• Experience: 3–5 years in Performance Management, Business Intelligence, Strategy, or Operations. Experience in an Advertising, Creative, or Media agency is highly preferred.

• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau).

• Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to design measurement frameworks and turn complex data into strategic narratives.

• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, stakeholder influence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Bonus Points: MBA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or CIPM certifications.
