This role is designed for a "People Architect" with 4–8+ years of experience who can blend "Execution Grit" (closing 3–5 critical hires within 45 days) with the "Strategic Agility" required to reduce hiring cycles to $\le 2$ weeks.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Talent Governance
Recruitment Sovereignty: Drive end-to-end hiring across all functions, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional Scaling."
Pipeline Architecture: Build and manage a high-fidelity hiring pipeline in collaboration with external recruiters, providing the "Structural Foundation" for continuous growth.

Leadership Sovereignty: Work closely with the executive team to ensure the right talent is placed in high-stakes roles, acting as the primary "Source of Strategic Placement."

Qualifications and Skills:
