Job Description:
- The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for building and fostering strategic partnerships and alliances.
- This role involves identifying new partnership opportunities, managing relationships with key accounts, and ensuring the effective execution of joint initiatives.
- The manager will work collaboratively with internal teams, analyze partnership performance, and develop innovative strategies to achieve organizational goals. Strong communication and organizational abilities are required to excel in this role.
Requirements:
- Relevant educational qualifications such as a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Proven experience in Partnerships, Strategic Partnerships, and Account Management
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to evaluate data and inform decision-making
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Strategic thinking and leadership with a focus on fostering long-term partnerships
- Previous experience in business development or in a similar role is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
