Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Outlet Manager to join our team in Abuja. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading your team to deliver exceptional service, and ensuring our store maintains the highest standards of presentation and efficiency. Requirements:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and direct store activities, fostering a collaborative and positive environment.

  • Operational Excellence: Actively support the store team with action plans for continuous improvement in service and operations.

  • Customer Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints. Promote a culture of proactive service (greet, assist, thank) and handle all relations according to company policy.

  • Coaching: Provide personalized feedback and coaching to team members to ensure professional growth and high performance.

  • Inventory Management: Manage re-order levels, oversee restocking from HQ, and maintain accurate shelf stock.

  • Merchandising: Conduct merchandising activities in alignment with brand guidelines and organize high-impact off-shelf displays.

  • Communication: Ensure transparent and timely communication of information between your team and senior management.

  • Data Security: Maintain strict customer privacy and handle all data in compliance with company security standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Experience: 3–4+ years of retail store experience. Previous experience as a Store or Outlet Manager is required.

  • Preferred Background: Experience in luxury, boutique, or fashion retail environments with a proven track record of managing a client book.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with retail Point of Sale (POS) systems is essential.

  • Core Competencies: Exceptional accuracy, high attention to detail, and the ability to effectively organize and prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Flexibility: Ability to maintain a full-time, flexible schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and overtime as required to address urgent store needs.
