Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious, high-potential Production Trainee to join our team in Mushin. This program is designed to fast-track your career by providing intensive, hands-on exposure to our core manufacturing and supply chain operations. You will rotate across key departments including Production, R&D, Quality Control/Assurance, and Regulatory gaining a holistic understanding of how our organization drives productivity. If you are a high-achieving graduate with a background in Science or Engineering, a sharp analytical mind, and a desire to build a career in a fast-paced industrial environment, we want to invest in your development.

Requirements:

• Operational Rotation: Immerse yourself in the daily workflows of multiple units (Production, R&D, Supply Chain, etc.) to understand their unique goals and operational dependencies.

• Strategic Learning: Actively participate in strategic planning sessions, workshops, and high-level meetings. Observe and learn from experienced leaders while taking detailed notes on processes and protocols.

• Operational Support: Assist with day-to-day tasks across various departments, from preparing documentation to updating critical records.

• Regulatory & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all company regulations, health, and safety (HSE) codes at all times.

• Professional Development: Engage in mentorship with supervisors, participate in conflict resolution processes, and meet all performance benchmarks established for the traineeship.

• Cross-Functional Liaising: Act as a bridge between departments, communicating effectively with managers and senior staff to ensure team cohesion and project progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2.1).

  • Background: Pharmacy, Engineering, or other Science-related disciplines.

  • Advantage: A degree in Management or Business is an added advantage.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
