Job Description:
- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
- Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising compliance.
- Monitor and evaluate store performance, sales targets, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.
- Train, mentor, and supervise retail staff, fostering a performance-driven culture.
- Coordinate with other departments (supply chain, sales, marketing, and production) to ensure seamless operations.
- Implement operational improvements to drive profitability and customer retention.
- Prepare reports on operations, customer feedback, and staff performance for management review.
Requirements:
- Strong background in customer service and team leadership.
- Solid knowledge of retail operations, inventory, and visual merchandising.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a strong advantage.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in retail operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
