Job Description:

We are seeking a hands-on, service-oriented Operations Supervisor / Assistant Manager to join our team in Zango, Kogi. In this role, you will be the operational heartbeat of our hotel, ensuring that every department functions in harmony to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will oversee daily workflows, lead our staff, and drive the performance standards that define our brand. Requirements:

• Operational Oversight: Supervise the daily functions of all hotel departments, ensuring seamless coordination and service delivery.

• Guest Excellence: Act as a champion for guest satisfaction, ensuring a high-quality experience and resolving any concerns with promptness and professionalism.

• Team Leadership: Monitor staff performance, enforce company policies, and support the scheduling, training, and development of our team members.

• Performance Monitoring: Prepare detailed operational reports and track departmental KPIs to ensure alignment with company standards.

• Compliance & Safety: Maintain rigorous adherence to all health, safety, and quality control protocols.

• Business Growth: Partner with management to implement strategies that increase hotel occupancy and maximize revenue.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.
