Job Description:

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to serve as the backbone of our fintech ecosystem. In this role, you will own the integrity of our data, streamline the onboarding of our agents and dealers, and ensure the precision of our commission structures. Requirements:

• Data & System Stewardship: Take full ownership of the accuracy, maintenance, and synchronization of all sales, agent, and dealer data across our CRM and proprietary fintech platforms.

• Onboarding & KYC Compliance: Streamline the end-to-end agent/dealer onboarding workflow. Execute rigid KYC verifications to ensure 100% regulatory compliance.

• Incentive Audit & Reconciliation: Audit, track, and reconcile sales commissions, performance tiers, and incentive payouts. Your work will guarantee transparency and financial precision for our entire network.

• Operational Efficiency: Collaborate cross-functionally to refine daily workflows, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions that enhance overall platform productivity.

• Reporting: Deliver audit-ready operational and performance reports on a consistent, timely basis.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, or a related field.

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Fintech support, or a data-driven partner operations role.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Advanced Excel skills are essential.

  • Prior experience with CRM software or data dashboarding tools is a distinct advantage.
