Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Operations Performance Instrumentation Analyst (PMI Analyst) to anchor the governance engine of Fort Knox Group. In a specialized security and financial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the data-relay and the precision of the performance-filter success is defined by "Systemic Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize company-wide KPIs with the clinical precision required for SLA Management, Trend Analysis, and Process Documentation. This role is designed for an "Analytical Architect" specifically a professional with 2 to 6 years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (mastering SQL and CRM instrumentation) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute Operational Risk Mitigation and Corrective Action Protocols.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Metric Governance
Sovereignty of the KPI: Develop and monitor company-wide KPIs and SLAs, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional Accountability."
Alignment Architecture: Engage diverse departments to ensure sign-off and alignment on performance metrics, providing the "Structural Foundation" for unified service delivery.
Integrity Stewardship: Develop and maintain operational manuals and KPI documentation, ensuring the "Source of Procedural Truth" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Analytical Logic
Insight Sovereignty: Periodically analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and performance gaps, acting as the primary "Source of Corrective Foresight."
Reporting Architecture: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports, providing the "Functional Foundation" for executive decision-making.
Risk Stewardship: Identify operational risks and propose actionable solutions, maintaining the "Source of Organizational Continuity."
3. Operational Integrity & Digital Power
Instrumentation Sovereignty: Support the implementation of new measurement and monitoring systems, acting as the primary "Source of Technical Optimization."
Stakeholder Architecture: Communicate updates and documentation changes across relevant teams, providing the "Relational Foundation" for transparent governance.
Velocity Logic: Utilize SQL and CRM expertise to accelerate the "Data-to-Insight" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Performance Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience: 2 – 6 years in performance management, data analytics, or instrumentation.
Technical Power: Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; experience with SQL and CRM tools (Oracle NetSuite, HubSpot) is a distinct advantage.
Data IQ: Excellent report writing and data visualization skills with high attention to detail.
Aptitude: Strong stakeholder management abilities with the capacity to work independently.
