Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Operations Officer to anchor the execution engine of our premium procurement and branding firm. In a specialized corporate landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the fulfillment cycle and the precision of the branding specification success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize client job requirements with the clinical precision required for Bulk Gifting, Strategic Sourcing, and Team Performance Management. This role is designed for a "Workflow Architect" with a Bachelor’s Degree and 3–4 years of experience who can blend "Execution Grit" (managing high-pressure order dispatches) with the "Strategic Agility" required to develop the Operations Playbook (SOPs).

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Order Governance

• Fulfillment Sovereignty: Coordinate the end-to-end execution of client orders—from initial quotation to final delivery—acting as the primary "Source of Execution Accuracy."

• Branding Architecture: Liaise with clients to gather millimetric job specifications and source samples, providing the "Structural Foundation" for brand campaigns and bulk gifting.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure 100% adherence to internal policies and client-specific requirements, ensuring the "Source of Service Excellence" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & People Logic

• Performance Sovereignty: Track team activity and measure output against assigned KPIs, acting as the primary "Source of Team Accountability."

• Workflow Architecture: Align tasks across internal functions and foster inter-departmental communication, providing the "Functional Foundation" for operational alignment.

• Capacity Stewardship: Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions, maintaining the "Source of Continuous Productivity."

3. Operational Integrity & Records Power

• Inventory Sovereignty: Maintain accurate, real-time records for all gift items and packaging materials, acting as the primary "Source of Stock Visibility."

• Documentation Architecture: Maintain organized filing systems and contribute to the Operations Playbook, providing the "Relational Foundation" for standardized workflows.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 3–4 years of operations experience to accelerate client onboarding and procurement cycles, maximizing the "Source of Operational Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:
