Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and analytically elite Operations Officer to anchor the transactional engine of our Victoria Island headquarters. In the specialized landscape of Lagos’ financial district, success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-volume service delivery with the clinical precision required for Account Management, Cash Dispense, and Regulatory Compliance. This role is designed for an "Operations Architect" with at least 2–3 years of experience who can blend "Numeric Grit" (raising vouchers and managing shortages/surpluses) with the "Technical Agility" required to utilize Eazy Bank software and adhere to current CBN policy guidelines.

Requirements:

1. Transactional Orchestration & Record Governance

  • Posting Sovereignty: Execute daily postings of transactions with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Correctness."

  • Voucher Architecture: Raise detailed vouchers and record transactions accurately, providing the "Structural Foundation" for the company’s financial position.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Manage the filing of documents and archival retrieval, ensuring the "Source of Audit Readiness" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Liquidity Logic

  • Cash Sovereignty: Manage cash handling, dispense expenditures across departments, and update daily cash summaries, acting as the primary "Source of Liquidity Control."

  • Cheque Architecture: Update cheque schedules and represent customer instruments at the bank, providing the "Functional Foundation" for clearing efficiency.

  • Portfolio Stewardship: Oversee account opening and maintenance, maintaining the "Source of Client Relationship Fidelity."

3. Operational Integrity & Compliance Power

  • Policy Sovereignty: Ensure strict adherence to internal operational procedures and CBN regulatory guidelines, acting as the primary "Source of Statutory Safety."

  • Cross-Unit Architecture: Treat transactions from other departments and issue cheques as required, providing the "Relational Foundation" for internal service synergy.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 2-3+ years of sector expertise and Eazy Bank software to process high transaction volumes in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Operational Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: BSc in Accounting or Economics.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years and above in a similar operational role.

  • Software Mastery: Proficiency in Eazy Bank software, Microsoft Office, and data entry tools.

  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of Basic Accounting, Financial Analysis, and CBN Policy Guidelines.
