tWIF (The Way It Fits) is a fashion brand that has always prided itself on producing bespoke and ready-to-wear premium clothing that are both sustainable and affordable.We manufacture a wide range of clothing items, including shirts, suits, native attires, pants, as well as branded clothing for companies and other businesses. Additionally, we offer after-sales services such as alterations.

Job Description:

• Supervise daily operations across production, retail outlets, and online sales channels.
• Ensure that all processes (from design to delivery) run smoothly and efficiently.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate stock records and timely replenishment.
• Supervise and support staff in various departments including production andsales.
• Ensure high standards of product quality and service delivery across all touchpoints.
• Address customer complaints or service gaps promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree
• Minimum of 3 years related work experience as a Store manager or Operations manager in the fashion retail or manufacturing sector
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of successfully leading teams, achieving targets, and delivering results.
