Job Description:

• Plan, establish, and manage regional after-sales service outlets to ensure broad coverage and smooth service operations

• Recruit, train, and lead service teams, enhancing technical expertise, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring timely customer support

• Monitor service performance metrics, including response and resolution times, while implementing KPI-based evaluations to improve efficiency

• Standardize service processes, conduct regular quality audits, integrate customer feedback, and drive continuous service improvement initiatives

• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of service practices, troubleshooting guides, and technical resources to strengthen team capabilities

• Collaborate with sales, technical, supply chain, and product teams to align after-sales service with customer needs and business objectives

Requirements:

• Proven experience in service network management, team leadership, and process optimization within technical or consumer-focused industries

• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams across regions

• Resilient under pressure with excellent stress management and problem-solving abilities

• Data-driven mindset with expertise in analyzing service metrics, measuring performance, and driving continuous service improvement

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in after-sales service, O&M, or service operations (energy storage/renewable energy preferred).
