We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in business development to oversee daily operations, optimise processes, and drive growth for our fast-growing food chain.
• The ideal candidate will combine operational excellence with the ability to identify and unlock new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple outlets, ensuring smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and scale sustainably.
• Monitor supply chain, inventory, logistics, and vendor management to ensure seamless operations.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to identify, evaluate, and execute new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Expand the company’s footprint by scouting new locations, partnerships, and strategic collaborations.
• Analyse performance metrics (sales, customer feedback, operational efficiency) and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
• Recruit, train, and lead operations staff to deliver on performance goals.
• Drive innovation in customer experience, delivery models, and operational processes.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years’ experience in Operations Management, preferably in the food, hospitality, or retail industry.
• Proven track record in business development and growing customer base/revenue.
• Strong understanding of food chain logistics, supply chain, and vendor management.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Tech-savvy, with experience using POS systems, ERP/operations tools, and CRM platforms.
