Job Description:
- The Operations Manager will oversee daily activities of betting shops, ensuring smooth operations, good customer service, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of betting outlets
- Manage and support shop staff
- Monitor sales, payouts, and shop performance
- Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations
- Handle customer complaints and maintain service standards
- Ensure shop equipment is functional
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc or relevant experience
- 2–3 years experience in retail, betting, or similar field
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Basic understanding of betting operations.
Salary
