Job Description:

  • Oversee day-to-day construction site operations and office coordination.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
  • Liaise with site engineers, procurement, and finance teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Supervise site logistics, materials delivery, and vendor management.
  • Track and report project progress, budgets, and timelines to management.
  • Implement operational policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on all sites.
  • Identify operational challenges and propose process improvements.
