Job Description:
- Oversee day-to-day construction site operations and office coordination.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
- Liaise with site engineers, procurement, and finance teams to ensure project alignment.
- Supervise site logistics, materials delivery, and vendor management.
- Track and report project progress, budgets, and timelines to management.
- Implement operational policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on all sites.
- Identify operational challenges and propose process improvements.
