Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Operations Manager to anchor the daily engine of our Lagos location. In a specialized healthy-living landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the freshness of the product and the precision of the service-relay success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize high-volume store activities with the clinical precision required for Inventory Management, Food Safety (HSE), and Sales Optimization. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" specifically a professional with 2 to 4 years of experience in food service or retail who can blend "Service Grit" (overseeing production and sales) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute Performance Reporting and Business Growth Strategies.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Production Governance

• Sovereignty of the Store: Oversee day-to-day operations across production, sales, and logistics, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Uptime."

• Procedural Architecture: Implement and enforce SOPs for all staff with millimetric focus, providing the "Structural Foundation" for consistent service delivery.

• Integrity Stewardship: Monitor food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring the "Source of Product Purity" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Supply Logic

• Inventory Sovereignty: Manage vendor relationships and inventory levels to minimize waste, acting as the primary "Source of Consistent Supply."

• Resolution Architecture: Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently, providing the "Functional Foundation" for high-level customer retention.

• Evaluation Stewardship: Support staff recruitment, training, and performance metrics, maintaining the "Source of Human Capital Excellence."

3. Operational Integrity & Growth Power

• Strategic Sovereignty: Monitor sales trends and prepare performance reports for the business owner, acting as the primary "Source of Strategic Intelligence."

• Branding Architecture: Ensure total brand consistency in-store and across customer touchpoints, providing the "Relational Foundation" for brand equity.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize Cost Control and POS expertise to accelerate the "Inventory-to-Sales" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Business Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Food Technology, Hospitality, or a related field.

• Experience: 2 – 4 years in operations management, specifically within Food Service or Retail.

• Technical Power: Proficiency in MS Office and experience with POS systems and basic business software.

• Subject Matter IQ: Deep knowledge of Food Safety Regulations, inventory control, and supply chain logistics.

• Leadership: Strong ability to manage field teams and drive performance evaluations.
