Job Description:

We are seeking a high-performance Operations Manager to lead our logistics and supply chain functions in Lagos. You will be the architect of our operational excellence, responsible for scaling our delivery performance, optimizing fleet utilization, and fostering a culture of efficiency. Requirements:

• Logistics Oversight: Manage the end-to-end flow of daily logistics operations, from warehouse activities to final-mile delivery.

• Performance Monitoring: Track and optimize delivery performance, ensuring that every link in the supply chain operates at peak capacity.

• Team Coordination: Lead and synchronize the activities of drivers, dispatch riders, and warehouse staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Policy Development: Design and implement robust operational policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that drive consistency and quality.

• Operational Excellence: Maintain rigorous oversight to ensure service quality, efficiency, and strict adherence to internal safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management.

  • At least 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role.

• Professional Advantage: Professional certifications in supply chain or logistics management are highly preferred.
