Job Description:
- Deliver operational excellence by managing daily operations to support the business.
- Oversee procurement activities, ensuring timely sourcing, vendor engagement, and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services.
- Manage inventory operations, ensuring accurate tracking, replenishment, and optimal stock levels across the organization.
- Lead facility management operations, ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained work environment.
- Collaborate with management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans.
- Manage operational processes and performance and recommend improvement solutions.
- Implement and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives.
- Nurture and maintain relationships with leaders, external partners, vendors, and suppliers to support operational activity and strategic goals.
- Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
- Experience in technology or healthcare industry a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, and team development.
- Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and anticipate operational and customer needs through effective communication.
- Demonstrable proficiency with technology to include Microsoft office tools.
- Ability to work effectively in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment .
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 7 - 10 years of operational experience required.
- Master's Degree is a plus.
