Job Description:

• Supervise daily security operations and guard deployments
• Conduct site inspections and operational audits
• Manage recruitment, training, and discipline of security staff
• Handle client relations and resolve site issues
• Prepare reports and investigate incidents

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in a relevant field
• At least 3 years’ experience in security or related roles
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work long hours and respond to emergencies.
