Job Description:

• As the Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory, and driving overall business performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Supervise, motivate, and schedule salon staff, including stylists, front desk officers, and support staff.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, customer service, and professionalism.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor stock levels of beauty products and tools; coordinate with the inventory officer to reorder supplies.

Requirements:

• BSc / HND in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in salon/spa management or a customer service role in a related industry.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
