Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations & Content Coordinator to serve as the administrative anchor for our creative team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative vision and operational execution, ensuring that our social media and content production workflows run like clockwork. You will be responsible for synchronizing the daily activities of our creators, managing logistics for shoots, and maintaining the rigorous reporting standards required to track team performance.
The ideal candidate is a "disciplined creative" someone who understands the nuances of content production but possesses the administrative grit to enforce deadlines and optimize workflows.
Requirements:
Team Coordination & Workflow Management
Daily Synchronization: Direct the day-to-day activities of the Social Media Manager and Content Creator, ensuring all efforts are aligned with the master content calendar.
Deliverable Tracking: Monitor team output meticulously to ensure that every post, video, and graphic is completed and approved on schedule.
Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the creative process and implement administrative solutions to improve team speed and quality.
Content Production Logistics
On-Site Support: Participate actively in content shoots, whether in-studio or at outdoor locations, managing the logistics and execution details that allow the creators to focus on their craft.
Publication Oversight: Work as the final check-point with the creative team to ensure that all approved content is published accurately across the designated platforms.
Administrative Leadership & Reporting
Performance Metrics: Track task completion rates and team productivity, providing the Lead with regular, data-backed updates on operational health.
Task Management: Act as the central point for task assignment, ensuring that responsibilities are clearly defined and followed through to completion.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Arts, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience in an Administrative or Operations role, ideally within a creative agency, media house, or marketing department.
Experience coordinating creative teams and managing production schedules.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Monday.com) and Microsoft Office.
A solid understanding of the social media landscape and content production lifecycles.
