We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • The Operations & Business Growth Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Reverse Aesthetics Limited while actively driving business growth, revenue expansion, and operational efficiency.
  • This role ensures that all staff members deliver their duties effectively, service quality is maintained, operational systems run smoothly, and growth strategies are properly executed to scale the business.
  • The role combines hands-on operational supervision with strategic business development, ensuring that Reverse Aesthetics Limited grows sustainably, profitably, and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily operations across all departments and service units.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce operational policies, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure efficient utilization of company resources, equipment, inventory, and manpower.
  • Monitor service delivery standards and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Coordinate activities across teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

Staff Supervision & Performance Monitoring:

  • Supervise all staff members and ensure they are performing their duties efficiently and professionally.
  • Monitor staff productivity, punctuality, quality of work, and adherence to company standards.
  • Set operational targets and performance expectations for staff.
  • Conduct routine performance reviews and provide feedback on work delivery.
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend training, improvement plans, or corrective actions to management.
  • Ensure accountability and teamwork across all departments.

Business Growth & Revenue Development:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, customer base, and market presence.
  • Identify opportunities for new services, product offerings, and operational improvements.
  • Drive client acquisition, retention, and upselling strategies.
  • Build partnerships, collaborations, and referral networks to support business growth.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform growth strategies.

Marketing & Social Media Oversight:

  • Supervise the Social Media Manager and ensure consistent posting across all company social media platforms.
  • Ensure content creation aligns with the company’s brand identity, marketing goals, and growth objectives.
  • Monitor content calendars, engagement metrics, and campaign performance.
  • Ensure promotional campaigns effectively support business growth and service visibility.

Quality Control & Customer Experience:

  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and positive client experience at all touchpoints.
  • Monitor customer feedback, complaints, and satisfaction levels.
  • Implement improvements to enhance customer retention and brand reputation.
  • Ensure all services meet company quality and safety standards.

Reporting, Monitoring & Strategy Execution:

  • Prepare and submit regular operational and performance reports to management.
  • Track and report on KPIs related to operations, staff performance, marketing output, and revenue growth.
  • Ensure management strategies and directives are effectively executed across teams.
  • Support management in planning and executing expansion and growth initiatives.

Internal Compliance & Coordination:

  • Ensure staff compliance with internal operational policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with HR, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure smooth internal coordination.
  • Identify operational risks and escalate issues to management promptly.
  • Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews where required.

Requirements:

  • Interested candidates should possess an HND, Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 4-6 years experience.

N250,000 - N270,000 / Month
