Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to serve as the chief architect of our organizational effectiveness. This is a high-impact leadership role designed for a professional who can look at a complex business environment and see the pathways to peak efficiency, profitability, and compliance.

Requirements:

1. Systems Optimization & Process Architecture

• Process Re-engineering: Implement and refine best-in-class operational systems to ensure all activities are carried out in a cost-effective and appropriate manner.

• Warehouse & Inventory Strategy: Oversee warehouse efficiency and inventory planning, ensuring that material procurement aligns with production demands and lead-time constraints.

• Compliance Governance: Act as the guardian of organizational integrity by ensuring all business processes remain legally compliant and adhere to industry standards.

2. Financial Intelligence & Performance Management

• Data-Driven Profitability: Examine financial data, budgets, and forecasts to identify opportunities for cost reduction and margin improvement.

• KPI Stewardship: Perform rigorous quality controls and monitor production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure the organization meets its output and quality targets.

• Strategic Planning: Formulate both short-term operational goals and long-term strategic objectives that align with the company's growth trajectory.

3. Human Capital & Service Excellence

• Talent Development: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous professional growth.

• Mentorship: Provide active guidance to team members, implementing best practices across all levels of the organization to ensure a cohesive working environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

• Experience: Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar high-level supervisory role.

• Financial Literacy: Strong familiarity with business and financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
