Job Description:

Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily operations of all QSR outlets, ensuring adherence to company standards in food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency across all locations.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance (sales, customer feedback, wastage, labor costs) and take corrective actions where necessary.

People Management:

  • Lead, coach, and mentor outlet managers and their teams to drive operational excellence.
  • Ensure proper staffing levels, training, and shift scheduling across outlets.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer-first service.
  • Handle escalated employee or customer issues professionally.

Strategic & Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement new technologies, systems, or processes to enhance productivity.
  • Support new store openings, including recruitment, training, and setup.
  • Collaborate with other departments (HR, Finance, Procurement, Marketing) to support business objectives.

Financial & Business Performance:

  • Monitor sales, cost of goods sold (COGS), labor costs, and overheads to maintain profitability.
  • Assist in setting and achieving sales targets, budgets, and KPIs for each outlet.
  • Control inventory levels and minimize waste through effective stock management and reconciliation.
  • Provide weekly and monthly operational performance reports to senior management.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Good financial acumen and ability to interpret P&L reports.
  • Knowledge of QSR industry trends, food safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in restaurant or QSR operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with POS and inventory management systems.
