Job Description:

We are seeking high-potential, ambitious, and energetic individuals to join our Graduate Trainee Program in Lagos. This program is designed to identify and nurture the next generation of leaders within our organization. As a trainee, you will be immersed in a fast-paced learning environment, rotating through various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business operations, systems, and company culture.

The ideal candidate is a proactive learner with a growth mindset, ready to transition from academic theory to professional excellence through hands-on fieldwork and mentorship.

Requirements:

Learning & Professional Development

  • On-the-Job Training: Participate actively in various departmental functions to gather deep insights into company operations.

  • Knowledge Management: Take detailed notes on daily experiences and maintain a log of technical and soft skills learned throughout the program.

  • Workshops & Events: Engage in meetings, professional workshops, and team-building events to build cross-functional internal networks.

Operational Support & Research

  • Management Assistance: Conduct research and provide administrative or technical support to Managers and Supervisors as required.

  • Fieldwork: Complete fieldwork and visit various work sites to understand the practical applications of company services.

  • Data Analysis: Analyze existing company systems and offer innovative, fresh ideas for process improvement.

Reporting & Evaluation

  • Presentations: Compile reports and deliver presentations to staff members regarding project findings or training milestones.

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Form lasting professional relationships with colleagues and uphold the company's reputation at all times.

  • Final Assessment: Complete a formal test or performance evaluation at the conclusion of the program to demonstrate readiness for a permanent role.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Class of degree may be specified by the company).

  • Experience: No previous work experience is necessary, though internships or volunteer roles are advantageous.

  • Skills:

    • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Research: Strong ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize information.

    • Driving: Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
