Job Description:

• Execute AUSEA, security, inspection, and VTOL flight missions—Conduct pre-flight planning: route planning, airspace, risk assessment – In-flight monitoring and real-time data quality verification – Payload recovery, data offload, and post-flight equipment checks –
• Process photogrammetry: DSM, orthophotos, and 3D models – Process LiDAR trajectory and point cloud data – Support AUSEA methane quantification data workflows—Prepare GIS reports to TEPNG
• Geomatics standards: – Conduct QA/QC checks and prepare metadata documentation – Manage batteries, charging cycles, and spares inventory – Maintain platform operational readiness >95% availability – Assist DR Daily Site Progress Report (contributed) – Mission Flight Plan & Risk Assessment (per flight) – AUSEA Mission Report—HQ format – Drone Flight Route Report – Raw Datasets: LiDAR, AUSEA, RGB, IR (TEPNG-approved) formats)—Processed GIS/Inspection Report (contributed)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years UAV operations in technical field environments Hands-on experience with 2+ drone platforms
• Photogrammetry tools: Pix4D, Agisoft Metashape or equivalent – LiDAR software: LAStools, TerraSolid or equivalent OND / HND in Geomatics, En
• Drone Pilot License (CAA) — MANDATORY
• AUSEA Certification — MANDATORY
• Confined Space Entry Training — MANDATORY
• H2S Certification — MANDATORY
• GIS / Geomatics Certification
• LiDAR / Photogrammetry Certification
• Inspection Drone Operation Training
• OEM-Specific Training (where applicable)
• Medical Fitness Certificate — MANDATORY.
