Job Description:
- Manage inbound and outbound online sales inquiries via email, chat, and social media.
- Promote products/services to potential customers and close sales through digital channels.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement online campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor online sales performance and report on key metrics.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in online sales, e-commerce, or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with CRM systems and online sales platforms.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and online communication tools.
