Job Description:
- Manages a team of business analysts executives that use business data and statistical methods to provide insight into business performance
- Consult with Client & Marketing Strategies, Product teams and business stakeholders to ensure that website initiatives align with business platform strategies and deliver corresponding solutions to achieve the overall goal
- Develop digital roadmap for the BFS business and successfully manages and implements key programs to deliver new functionality supporting acquisition in both the online and mobile channel
- Implement the Online Merchandising Strategy, Unified Online Standards (UOS), and marketing and product content across Business Financial Services websites
- Lead Call Center agents and others to meet/exceed targets with training, escalations, strategy, planning and sales efforts to accelerate the business and win over customers every time
- Align and integrate the sales channels to key business processes (Events, Promos & Range.)
- Act as a champion for the online sales channel throughout the business
- Business Analyst prepare weekly report & analysis on sales drivers
- Provide sales forecast to help business in operation planning with capacity/inventory recommendations during key launches
- Support Project Manager in formulating business case value and tracking of project deliverables/value.
Requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 - 5 years experience.
