Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and customer-focused Officer, Back Office Operations to join our team in Victoria Island. In this role, you will be the backbone of the Asset Management Department, ensuring our operational processes run with maximum efficiency. You will play a critical role in mitigating risk, maintaining accurate records, and driving profitable growth through cost-effective and streamlined operations.

Requirements:
Operational Management
Process Oversight: Supervise the end-to-end processing of investor requests, including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfer requests.
Documentation: Oversee the maintenance of the subscribers' register and essential investor files.
Trade Support: Manage the processing of all trade-related paperwork and ensure all activities align with internal procedures.
Client & Stakeholder Relations
Enquiry Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for dealing-related enquiries via email and telephone. Supply accurate information regarding fund portfolios, pricing, dealing procedures, and market updates.
Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain effective communication with parties to the fund, including custodians, registrars, and auditors.
Compliance & Reporting
Regulatory Adherence: Ensure full compliance with all Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures and internal control standards.
Reporting: Render accurate returns to regulators and relevant statutory bodies on a timely basis.
Distributions: Handle the processing of dividend and interest payments as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: A First Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics).
Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience within the Asset Management industry.
Certification: Professional qualifications such as ACA or ACCA are highly desirable.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in the use of Investment Management software applications.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Ability to implement procedures that drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
