Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and meticulously organized Office Manager to anchor the daily operations of Perfectlytics AI Ltd in Lagos. In an innovation-focused environment, success is defined by "Administrative Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex team schedules with the clinical precision required to manage training programs, tutors, and student cohorts. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" with 2–10 years of experience who can blend "Resource Management" with the "Communication Agility" required to coordinate both internal teams and external partners.

 

Requirements:

1. Operational Stewardship & Infrastructure Management

  • Daily Facility Governance: Oversee and manage the day-to-day lifecycle of the office, ensuring a professional, high-fidelity work environment for all staff.

  • Resource Orchestration: Manage office supplies, hardware, and administrative resources with millimetric precision to prevent any disruption in business activities.

  • Systems Optimization: Monitor office systems and internal processes, implementing rapid-response improvements to enhance overall organizational velocity.

2. Training & Academic Administration

  • Schedule Architecture: Coordinate internal team meetings, tutor sessions, and student schedules to ensure 100% alignment with Perfectlytics AI’s training objectives.

  • Stakeholder Diplomacy: Manage high-level communication with clients, vendors, and partners, serving as the primary professional link between the company and its external ecosystem.

  • Program Support: Provide tactical administrative backing for training programs, ensuring all materials and personnel are deployed on time and in full.

3. Documentation & Fiscal Oversight

  • Record Sovereignty: Maintain accurate, up-to-date files and company documentation, ensuring ease of retrieval and high-level data organization.

  • Budgetary Vigilance: Monitor office expenses and assist with basic administrative budgeting to ensure cost-effective management of office resources.

  • Executive Support: Act as the strategic assistant to management, handling operational tasks that allow leadership to focus on core AI business growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2–10 years of robust experience in office management or high-level administration.

  • Sector Knowledge: Previous experience working within an Educational or Training organization is highly preferred.

Core Competencies

  • Organizational Grit: Exceptional ability to coordinate multiple team schedules and operational processes simultaneously.

  • Problem-Solving Prowess: Strong decision-making skills to resolve on-site challenges with minimal supervision.
