Job Description:
- The General Office Driver is responsible for providing safe, timely, and efficient transportation services for staff, visitors, and company materials.
- The role includes maintaining assigned vehicles, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations, supporting office logistics, and assisting with administrative errands as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport staff, visitors, and company materials as required.
- Deliver and collect documents, packages, and office supplies.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and well-maintained.
- Maintain accurate trip, fuel, and maintenance records.
- Assist with official errands and other administrative support tasks.
- Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of High School Diploma / Secondary School Certificate.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3–5 years' proven experience as a professional driver.
- Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
- Ability to read and follow maps is an added advantage
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
