Job Description:
The Office Assistant/Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the clinic's environment to a high standard of hygiene and presentation while providing essential administrative and front-desk support. This role is pivotal in ensuring both clients and staff enjoy a welcoming and well-organized atmosphere.
Requirements:
Facility Maintenance: Keep reception areas, treatment rooms, offices, and common areas clean, tidy, and hygienic at all times.
Administrative Support: Assist with filing, record organization, basic office errands, and supply monitoring.
Front-Desk Assistance: Welcome clients, handle appointment confirmations, manage basic inquiries, and serve refreshments to visitors.
Operational Support: Report maintenance issues or supply shortages promptly and carry out management-assigned tasks to ensure a smooth clinic experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum of SSCE, OND, or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience as an office assistant, cleaner, receptionist, or in customer service is an advantage.
Tech Literacy: Basic proficiency in using a smartphone and WhatsApp.
Attributes: Neat appearance, courteous, proactive, reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently.
