Job Description:

Smash Technology Limited is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Office Assistant / Cleaner to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning the entire office premises (indoor and outdoor areas) and supporting daily operations through errands and basic administrative assistance.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Cleans and maintains all areas of the office, including workspaces, restrooms, reception, kitchen, corridors, and outdoor surroundings.

  • Sweeps, mops, vacuums, dusts, and sanitizes surfaces to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.

  • Empties trash bins daily and ensures proper waste disposal.

  • Keeps restrooms clean, disinfected, and well-stocked with supplies at all times.

  • Runs errands such as purchasing items, delivering/collecting documents, and assisting with inter-departmental needs.

  • Serves water, tea, or light refreshments to staff and visitors when required.

  • Maintains meeting rooms and office spaces in an orderly and presentable state.

  • Monitors cleaning supply levels and informs management when restocking is necessary.

  • Adheres to safety and hygiene standards in all cleaning and errand-related tasks.

  • Reports maintenance or operational issues to the administrative team promptly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a cleaner, office assistant, or in a similar support role.

  • Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.

  • Punctual, with the ability to resume work as early as 6:00 a.m., and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to run errands responsibly, promptly, and with a sense of urgency.

  • Minimum of SSCE qualification.
