Job Description:
- We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to support daily administrative and operational activities.
- The ideal candidate must be organized, attentive to detail, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proximity to the office location is a key requirement for this role.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general office duties including filing, photocopying, and document management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office environment
- Handle errands and support staff with day-to-day operational tasks
- Assist in receiving visitors and directing them appropriately
- Support record keeping and basic administrative functions
- Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and report shortages
- Run official errands within, around and outside the office location.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification
- Must reside in Ipaja or its immediate environs (very important)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
- Basic organizational and time management skills
- Honest, responsible, and punctual.
Salary
